Taking the hemicycle, the assembly hall where debates and deliberations take place, as a starting point, the design sought to introduce movement through the misalignment of the various concentric elements, highlighting the central element shaped like the letter C, the first letter of the word “Conselho.” The color scheme was based on the corporate colors of the ANFAJE association.
