Since 1962, messages have been launched every year highlighting art and culture as a valuable, essential heritage and a fundamental human right. These messages, from World Theatre Day and International Dance Day, deserve to be recalled to reflect the present and guide the future, being presented in a space that defines, exposes and elevates them as forms of manifestation.
